Oracle time for the Full MoonâŚ
These are bigger, more obvious energies to look out for and work with.
Right now weâre sitting with a Full Moon on the cusp of the fall equinox. Itâs a new chapter, a new season, and if youâre in a climate where seasons change, itâs easy to tap into the physical shifts in energy.
Some ideas for reflection right now might include:
What can I begin to release in my life that has served itâs purpose?
How can I sit with my abundance and feel more peace?
What might be able to enter my life if I make room for it by releasing something else?
Allow the cards to connect with your inner knowing and guide you toward healing behaviors and choices that make you feel good.
The crystals & stones:
1- Black Moonstone: calm emotions, feminine energy, hormonal imbalancesâ¨root & third eye chakras
2-Carnelian: courage, vitality, motivation & confidenceâ¨sacral chakra
3-Garnierite: soothing, grounding, strength during turmoilâ¨heart chakra

One
Transformation doesnât always come easily, but you can learn to embrace whatever comes your way by shifting your perspective. As the cards literally suggest, this takes practice.
Practice allowing fear-based thoughts and choices to move through your experience by recognizing what they are, and understanding that they can serve you.
This is a time to practice seeing your light and shadow. Everything exists in duality, but we often try to ignore the shadow side of things. The truth is, the shadow serves us so deeply. We wouldnât know weâre happy if we had never experienced pain or sadness, for example.
Itâs our own lens and perspective that gives our shadow power, though. This is a call to sit with what feels âshadowyâ in your life and bless it for showing you that the light side exists, too.
Work with your shadow energy.
Acknowledge it, welcome it, and watch it eventually pass through your life. Practice being comfortable with the inherent duality in all things, and the knowing that they are both serving you in different ways.
Two
This is a call to recognize the medicine within us and around us. And of course, to consciously make space for it to serve yourself, and others.
We all carry sacred talents, gifts, traits, and ideas with us that can support the web of community we call home.
Perhaps this medicine is a gift of creation like a painting or craft; it might be kind words you offer to someone; or it might be helping another in need without ascribing a hierarchy of importance (watering a plant vs helping a person, for example) because all is connected. Or maybe itâs medicine for the Self like rest, breath work, or a nourishing meal.
Expect messages and signs at this time.
As the card suggests, make space for receiving gifts of medicine in your life because they are on their way!
Three
Where in your life are you trying to control something or someone? Is there something youâre standing rigid on, and not giving way?
Control and rigidity are fear-based behaviors. Itâs our subconscious mindâs trick to survive and keep us from harm.
The unknown outcome may be harmful, but it may also be life-changing for the better. That is why risks are both scary and incredibly rewarding.
If you find yourself pushing up against control at this time, take a handful of deep, intentional breaths. The science supporting the benefits of a small action like deep breathing is incredible.
When we try too hard to control things, we step outside of the balanced ebb and flow of life. It is impossible to avoid shifting between light and shadow, and more impossible to control when this shift occurs.
Practice surrendering. Let go. Trust. Release fear and know that you are held.
