On Being Busy
Here in the west holiday season is gaining momentum and you might find yourself saying, “I’m too busy right now,” when opening this weekly email.
I’d encourage you now, and whenever those thoughts arise, to consider that you might need to take this time now more than ever.
Feeling “too busy” is likely when you need to make time for presence and contemplation most.
Readings
If you’re a regular or just curious, my zoom calendar for readings is open for December and I’d love to see your face!
Readings are 45 minutes, totally confidential, and a great way to clear some headspace, release emotional blocks, and get a fresh perspective on whatever might be holding you back.
You can also gift a reading if you know a certain person who may love one.
Paid subscriber message
I hope you’ve been loving the additional deep-dive reading and tarot spreads I’ve been sending your way each week. Just a note that I’ll be moving this paid bonus to Fridays instead of Wednesdays in order to create a little more space from this Monday message.
Here’s the most recent one in case you missed it.
Also, I’d love to hear from you!
What else would you love to see more of in your paid goodies?

Sincerity & Manifesting and Doing
When you set out to do something, how do you approach things?
Maybe you whip right through your day, barely noticing what you’re doing—total autopilot mode.
Or perhaps you’re trying to keep up with posting daily online but no one seems interested.
Or you’re reaching out to people to get together but it always feels like so much work on your part, and no one seems really interested.
None of these is right or wrong, and there are no judgements.
The message here is very simple, yet most of us forget how important it is for our success:
What you put out in the world must come from a sincere, aligned place or it falls flat energetically.
Try and make space to do the things you do this week with intention.
For example, if you’re reaching out to a friend or family member, do so because you’d truly love to share something with them and connect, not because you feel you “have to” or you’re nervous that there’s been more space than usual between you.
Same goes for posting online. Notice when there’s an “I have to do this” energy and try your best to shift into “I get to do this,” then connect with the sincerity you carry when you’re aligned and see what happens.
Hint: it will noticeably feel better and likely go your way ;)

Improbability & Creator {air}
“There comes a point when we have to risk the unknown.” -Supra guidebook
I’m sure you’ve heard this a million times, but it’s worth repeating on account of how strong this message is: You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.
You have tremendous power to create a life or experience you love. I can’t emphasize tremendous here enough.
In tarot, the element of Air is connected with Swords and our logical, thinking mind.
Here, use your mind and the wisdom of air to your advantage. What do you know to be true objectively? (This might be something like, I know how to play piano, or the sun is out, etc.)
How can you lean on the stability of objectivity to take the risk you know you need to take? Noodle over that one for a while and listen very carefully to whatever comes up for you.

Mysticism & Make a Mission Statement
The nature of mysticism is interconnectedness to ALL. It is the Self beyond your mind and body. Some call it the soul, higher Self, inner being…no matter.
It is the part of you that speaks, I AM.
There is an inner drive and yearning that we all have for more. More connection, more abundance, etc. Yet sometimes we expect that we’ll somehow arrive there without thoughtful intention or inner work and alignment.
It’s a good time to contemplate how you move through the world and where you’re going.
The guidebook offers the perfect questions for you to ponder this week. I’ll leave you with them and I strongly recommend pulling out your journal for a few minutes (even a few minutes can bring you massive insight!):
What do you want to focus on?
What are you passionate about?
What do you want to accomplish?
And who do you want to become?
How do you feel compelled to help?
What motivates you to change?
