Hello hello,
It’s been a heavy week, and I’m sure you can feel it in the air and in your body. The world is going through a significant shift, and we’re watching our structures and institutions get tried and tested, and sometimes they don’t make it.
It’s a process we’ve always had here on Earth. Big cycles of birth & death. And rebirth.
That doesn’t mean it’s any less painful, destructive, or worrisome.
So, for this week’s cards, I asked:
“What do folks most need to hear this week?”
I hope you find a moment of peace, wherever you’re at.

King of Pentacles
This is a strong reminder to take note of all of the abundance that surrounds you. You might hear it all the time, but turning your attention to a practice of gratitude is very healing and grounding.
Your food, home, health, family…so many things that so many struggle with. Gratitude invites a higher vibration into your body and mind, and this gets reflected back into your community.
If you’re called to leadership right now, this is a sign to act. Perhaps it’s mobilizing your business to donate to a cause, or expressing your truth to others.
How can you contribute to the greater good?

You might find yourself pulling away from the group a bit right now. If independence is calling in the form of alone time, that’s okay. Take the time for yourself if you feel like you need it.
Be thoughtful about why you’re feeling a little outside of the group.
Are you experiencing sensitivity about a situation or person? Would it be more helpful to address the situation rather than avoid it?
Either way, this is a sign to be present with your actions. In other words, be sure to reflect on your reasons for doing things, and if they aren’t for a reason that feels good, try a different way.

You’ve been doing a helluva job taking care of those around you. Whether it’s your friends, business, or family, you’ve held a nurturing space for those you care about.
But now it is really important that you take some time for yourself, too. This requires checking in with your emotions and asking yourself: “Is there any place where my emotional needs aren’t being met right now?
Maybe you feel misunderstood, or perhaps you’ve been bumping into communication problems with someone important in your life.
Whatever the issue, now is a perfect time to reflect on what it might feel like if things were addressed and healed.
What is it that you’re yearning for others to see, hear, or understand about how you’re feeling? Find a way to let them know.
