Because wands are linked to the element of fire and represent our inner life force energy (passion, inspiration, the “thing” that makes us alive and human), I interpret this card’s momentum as coming from you, the Seeker, as the source.
Depending on the spread, it can certainly mean that others are involved. But I like to think that it is an acceleration of something you’ve already birthed into the world, be it a creative project, work-related activity, or any undertaking that has required energy from you to get started and keep moving.

The first thing I always want to do, buttercup, is to celebrate your brilliant and shiny human soul.
Your drive to simply try on this wild Earth plane is commendable. Remember to thank yourself for just showing up.
It’s bigger than it seems.
And that beautiful spark you have, the one that is behind everything you make and do and all the love you give is what I want to talk about because I’ve heard that the Universe rewards momentum.
And it’s okay if you haven’t gotten started yet, or you feel like you’re waiting on someone or something else to get this train moving. Sometimes that’s true.
But the very bestest part of this whole thing is that you lose none of your fire in this process of setting it free into the world.
If you’re feeling stifled somehow, try a new approach.
Your energy will flow so incredibly fast and fierce when you’re using it in alignment with your soul, sweets. That means alignment before action is key if you’re looking for results.
But don’t get down on yourself for trying and trying again. That’s the game, sugar bird.

For me it is a big, giant YES always! But that’s my nature.
And it’s also the big secret to this whole life-as-a-human thing. That’s it. Honest.
The thing just flows and unfolds and grows and expands and life brings you wonderful surprises and delights and people and love and laughter and enjoyment when that very first spark sparks from joy.
Once things get moving for you—and maybe you’re already there—hold onto your hat or cat or whatever you can because I’m that energy that can accelerate things and make shit happen.
That’s the thing, little noodle. When you hook up to me, the ride is so beautifully bright and wild that some folks (and it’s okay if it’s you sometimes) don’t even realize they’re avoiding my help because I make things happen so dang fast. Don’t be scared, be curious instead.
I’m the breeze at your back, baby. The energy that takes a flame and makes a bonfire in an instant.
