This weekend’s message for you is a simple yet powerful two-card spread.
Besides being pretty and fun, these tools help you reflect, heal, connect to your intuition, and perhaps even make the unconscious conscious.
“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate. I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become. You are what you do, not what you say you'll do.” -C.G. Jung
There’s a lot to unpack here.
Noticing
This week, I’d like you to consider how you can open and allow what floats to the top of your mind to arise without judgment or manipulation from that airy-sword-like part of you that’s so essential yet so maddening: your brain.
Some of the best outcomes when working with tools like the cards emerge when there is no expectation, only a spirit of observation.
A wonderful reaction might be, “Huh. I didn’t realize that wanted to come up.”
So let it.
Allow the wild, dark secrets and forgotten things to unfold. From there, see what you might be able to learn from them.
The spread
On the left, you’ll be offered an issue to consider.
I’ll be suggesting the overall theme.
You’ll allow your mind to relax and present you with what it’s naturally drawn to.
On the right, you’ll be offered a piece of advice.
Knit these two things together the same way: by allowing what wants to arise to arise.
Maybe even grab a journal or make a phone note to revisit.
xo,
N
