Welcome to another week on this beautiful and wild planet, friends.
I keep returning to the idea of resilience, so I thought I’d create this week’s spread with that theme in mind.
To get into the right mindset for today’s cards, try these on:
What does resilience mean to you?
Is it important to you or not? Why?
The spread
1. What’s my source of strength right now? (Card 1)
This card highlights your resilience—what’s grounding or supporting you.
2. What challenge am I being asked to endure or overcome? (Card 2)
This card focuses on where resilience needs to be applied in your life.
Thanks for being here. Have a beautiful week.
xo,
Natalie

Domination & Queen of Cups
1. What’s my source of strength right now?
Your strength lies in reclaiming your personal power and navigating power dynamics with clarity.
You have the ability to assert your boundaries and maintain your agency, even when external pressures feel overwhelming. Resilience comes from balancing influence and autonomy.
Stand firm in your truth without becoming overpowered or overbearing.
2. What challenge am I being asked to endure or overcome?
The challenge is managing your emotional world with balance and maturity.
You’re being asked to stay compassionate and intuitive while maintaining boundaries.
Resilience means trusting your feelings without being consumed by them, especially in situations that demand your empathy.
Summary
Resilience is about balancing power and emotional wisdom. Assert your boundaries (Domination) while staying grounded and compassionate (Queen of Cups). Strength comes from leading with both clarity and care, so neither external pressures nor emotions throw you off balance.

Departure & 5 of Cups
1. What’s my source of strength right now?
Your strength lies in your ability to let go and move forward.
Departure reflects resilience in embracing change and releasing what no longer serves you. Leaving behind the familiar can be painful, but finding the courage to step into the unknown is what supports your growth.
2. What challenge am I being asked to endure or overcome?
The challenge is processing grief or disappointment.
The Five of Cups asks you to acknowledge what has been lost but also to shift your focus toward what remains. Resilience means allowing yourself to feel the pain while recognizing the opportunities for healing that still surround you.
Summary
Resilience for you is found in letting go and embracing change (Departure), while also navigating the pain of loss (Five of Cups). Honor your grief, but don’t let it define your path. Your strength lies in your ability to release the past and focus on what can still thrive in your life.
📖 What I’m reading
IFS work has been a game-changer for me. If you’re into looking at your shadow, getting to know yourself better, and healing deeply held beliefs, this is work a read. (The audiobook is probably ideal since the author walks you through exercises)
🎶 What’s On in My House
On a Bob Moses kick again. The All in All album is a favorite.
🌱 How I’m working with folks
Besides readings, my attunement sessions are building momentum and really helping folks. If you’d like some help managing stuck emotions or identities and feeling some relief, clarity, and joy, this work is something to add to your toolbox for sure. Send me a note if you’d like to try just one session instead of three.
☕️ How you can support
This space is joyful for me, but your support truly helps. If you’ve been enjoying this newsletter, consider supporting with a few bucks a month. It adds up and makes a huge difference. 🙏
This was quite the apropos spread for me! 💜🌀💫🙏🏻 I was definitely supposed to see this!
