I feel like April 1st is my own personal New Year. It’s when I really feel the push to get moving. For some reason, I’m not quite ready in January. I’m still in a deeper, inward space.
April just feels new, at least in Minnesota.
Keeping it short and sweet today for anyone else who’d on the move.

one
This is a time to ground yourself in your space, your body, and your daily movements & interactions. Like a coming home to presence.
There is good luck and prosperity right around the corner, because let’s be real: you are already an abundant being, so why not more?
Take some extra time to connect with the Earth this week. April is an inspiring time to watch our Mother do her magical dance that brings back life and sunshine!
two
This is a beautiful two-step this week:
First, take a moment to recognize what you have and can be grateful for. Is it your health? Or perhaps that new pair of shoes? Whatever it is—big or small—take a second to acknowledge that you have SO much.
Next, make an offering of appreciation. This might be a pile of seeds for the birds returning to your yard, or a note to a dear friend. Whatever you’re called to do, you’ll know.
You’ll be especially aligned in your offering if you are grateful first ;)
three
This is a to affirm the beauty that surrounds you.
Depending on your mindset, this practice can come easily or be a bit more challenging.
It’s important that you avoid negative talk or thoughts about your body or environment. This is where YOU live.
Instead, where is the beauty and magic? Try to acknowledge as much as you can. Setting a timer and journaling only good things about your body and space is deeply healing, even if you are in a rut of thinking “well, not much.” Just try.
