Bonjour friends, and welcome to another week!

I'm in Paris for the week helping a dear friend with a major health scare in her family. I’ve been fortunate to visit a few times before, so rather than a tour of all the hot spots, this week is about helping out where I can at the flat.

As I write this, the giant pot of soup I made fresh from the market is almost ready…so let’s get into it.
