The Moon & Look to Nature for Healing
It’s time to take a look at deep fears you may be harboring and to release them from your body and mind.
This tension can build up can cause a lot of other physical and mental ailments.
The good news?
Nature is massively healing AND it’s in full swing. Simply being outside is good for you. Maybe you stash your phone and plant something new. Perhaps hiking a new trail would do the trick.
Little by little, turn to nature’s magic and consciously allow your fears to melt away.
