Greetings from NYC. I woke up in Manhattan this morning, 22 years after the worst day in the city’s history. The city has such strong energy, and this visit it feels heavier somehow.
I’m here for a few days visiting family and watching it RAIN. So much rain.
But there’s an opportunity in every plan that doesn’t go exactly as you expect if you’re open to finding it.
This week, I invite you to take whatever you’re carrying and to lay it at the feet of animal wisdom and guidance. There is so much we can learn from connecting with these energies.
Where can these lessons help you reconnect with your inner wisdom and help you find your way?

Mouse Spirit: tend to the small things
In the quest for big things: vacation planning, new business ventures, planning a family…whatever it may be, Mouse asks you to zoom in from the big stuff and look at the small things.
There is so much wisdom in the micro, the tiny building blocks that support the larger stuff.
Especially if you’re feeling overwhelmed, now is the time to release the BIG plans and outcomes and connect with the smaller energies and lessons holding everything in place.
two
Dove spirit: be peace
TRUST that you have the capacity to hold space for peace—if even for a minute—for you, someone who is challenging you, and for all.
The Dove Spirit asks that you recognize the power you have, that we all have, to hold space.
Holding space is one of the biggest, bestest, gifts we can offer the world, or ourselves. It is about listening, integrating, and choosing curiosity over judgement.
It is a decision, not a lottery. You have the ability to “be peace” any time you choose.
three
Elephant Spirit: learn from the past
Can you really claim that you’ve learned from the past?
Perhaps.
Sometimes, yes, definitely yes.
Other times, no.
The Elephant Spirit invites you to connect with your past, however beautiful or painful it might be.
It is a tool to serve you, if you choose.
So, this week, what do you see floating forward from your past?
And, how can you learn from it moving forward?
