Have you ever wondered how to combine oracle and tarot cards in a reading or spread?

The truth is, there is no “right” or “wrong” way to do this. But I will share with you a way that works for me, starting with a beginner-friendly, 3-card spread.

decks

Today’s cards feature the White Sage Tarot and the Urban Crow Oracle. I regularly reach for both, and they are highly recommended!

the spread

This spread is a go-to for me and is especially great if you’re unsure what to ask the cards.

Maybe you have many things going on (who doesn’t?), and it’s hard to narrow it down, or perhaps you’re just drawing a blank.

This spread is designed to give you a suggested focus first.

I like to use oracle decks for broad themes since that’s usually how they’re designed. Oracle decks like the Urban Crow are very straightforward, which can be helpful if you’re trying to narrow something down a little more objectively.

As I often say, you’ll know it when it arises. It’s likely the first thing the card stirs up for you. I recommend going with it and not judging it too much.

Trust is always a wild and weirdly accurate component of a good reading.
