Welcome to a new week!
Whether you’re new to this newsletter, or have been here the whole two+ years, thank you! I’m so happy you’re here seeking to connect with your intuition and inner wisdom…and to learn a few odds and ends about archetypes, tarot, and other beautiful mysteries.
We are collectively re-learning what’s been lost and waking up. It’s a blissful—sometimes difficult—evolution and exploration. This is so exciting for me, and hopefully, for you, too.
Thank you for being here each week!
Tarot as a tool
It’s probably helpful that I remind you (every now and then) that tarot is one of many tools we can utilize on this journey through life.
It is NOT the only way, by any means.
Think of it as a way to look at things from a different perspective, explore places within yourself and the world that need some additional love, and connect with the space within that always knows what you need most.
For a more in-depth explanation, check out this post from the early days of Capricorn Born.
New, gorgeous deck
This week’s deck was recently gifted to me by my dear friend, Molly. Last weekend we spent some quality time with the cards and the birds in a little cabin in the woods. She had a hand in cutting the deck for this reading, too, so it felt important to mention.
Experiences like this are so healing and necessary for us (extremely) busy humans. If you’re able to find a quiet space to connect with the earth, do it every day, or as often as possible.
It’s also fun watching how decks find their way through the world, seemingly with a will of their own. If you’ve been gifted a deck—or have gifted one—you’ll know exactly what I mean.
I haven’t worked with this deck until now, but I’m really excited by it’s beauty and profound messages. I hope you’ll discover something lovely this week.
Final note
This deck is dedicated to frequency, in addition of other things. Some cards directly highlight these frequencies (in Hertz), as you’ll see. If you’re called: frequency and vibration, and their power in this world, is a fascinating rabbit hole to explore.
Take what resonates and, as always, leave the rest.
Much love,
Natalie
PS: As this week is all about frequency, take a listen to Molly’s incredible music here.
PPS: I still have a few slots available for 1:1 personal or business readings via zoom. Sign up using the button below. If you’d like to gift a session, feel free to sign up, and then send me a note with the name of the person I should contact ❤️

Seraph of 963 Hz
“The seraphim are angelic beings of an extremely high vibration”
Where are your tender, painful places? How heavy is the load you’re carrying?
You hold such a powerful light within you. It has the power to heal, inspire, and bring you so much joy.
This is a call to connect with that light and allow it to heal anything that feels raw right now. Get to better understand this light, work with it, and feel gratitude for the gifts it brings to your life.
An exercise in healing:
Take a few minutes to settle in, breath, and be still.
When have you felt in awe of life and how magical it can be?
When have you felt pure joy?
Take some time to contemplate those moments and bring them back to you.
Feel them. Their warmth. Joy. Peace.
Soften your heart center and offer deep thanks for these experiences.
Notice how practicing this in earnest makes you feel. Hopefully, pretty great.
The best part?
You have access to this beautiful energetic healing, always. Remember this tool when you feel like there is no light. It’s always there for you.
two
Queen of the Nagas
“The mysterious beings known as the Nagas are recognized in spiritual traditions across India, Nepal and Tibet, as well as in other shamanic and cultural traditions.”
You are on a healing journey. This is a call to recognize and honor all of the loving beings and entities that support you.
It is important to remain humble and curious, no matter how strong your faith. No one knows all of the answers.
And there is so much we do not understand.
This card reminds you that love and integrity are cornerstones of your journey, whether in steadfast faith or budding curiosity.
I’ve said it here before, but if you find yourself in judgement of others (like that person who cut you off in traffic or the spacey server at dinner) try to practice moving gracefully into curiosity. Why might these folks be this way today? Perhaps they are ill or grieving or lost in family drama.
Judgement and curiosity cannot occupy the same energetic space at the same time. Instead of thrusting your first thought or opinion out into the world, try to ask a question instead.
The Nagas are beings of the water. Your practice is to soften and flow around the world’s hard edges with grace and forgiveness.
In curiosity you’ll find freedom.
three
Pearl of Sharro
"Sharro is a Tibetan word meaning to arise or manifest and shine with radiant spiritual light.”
On your journey of discovery—discovery of your light and power and the magic in this world—you must first take responsibility for your actions.
This takes extreme courage, especially since most folks like to believe they are right, and that their experience, if poor, is someone else’s doing.
But we always have the ability to alchemize even the most frustrating people and happenings into something we can learn from and take with us.
Sometimes we even find a gift.
But how?
It is a life’s work and practice. The first step is simply to notice yourself blaming, holding high expectations, or bringing excessive negativity into situations.
When you notice your patterns of language, emotional reactivity, and behavior, you can change your entire world experience for the better.
Next, is taking responsibility for how you show up in the world. Accepting that only you can control your thoughts and reactions, no one else.
Finally, can you shift from blame and anger to grace and acceptance? Even love?
To see all things through a lens of love is a lifelong journey that is worth all the practice it takes to master.
