Hello dear reader,
I’m writing to you from Denver this week. The altitude is definitely a real transition for me when I visit, mostly finding my workouts harder and skin drier.
Also. so. thristy.
Harry & I are both speakers at Podcast Movement this year, so we’re here to mix work with some time hanging with friends we rarely get a chance to see.
This week’s cards are a mix of tarot & oracle.
What do you most want to feedback on?
Perhaps you need a little guidance with something or are just open to whatever shows up.
The idea is that this is a reflective process. So pay attention to what comes up directly (messages from the cards) and indirectly (ugh, I had hoped the cards would address this other thing more) because both are speaking to you.
Happy week ahead,
Natalie xo
PS: Also, I’ve spotted a beautiful hawk and owl (yes, owl!) around the hotel, which I’m hoping are connected to this wee feather I found this morning (featured in the reading) ✨

Perspective & Death
The beautiful thing about being human is that we can significantly—like, SIGNIFICANTLY—change our life experience when we shift the way we look at things.
Death is all about transformation and new beginnings. It’s an important part of the life cycle and one that can always teach us deep lessons.
How can you bring a new beginning into your situation by simply looking at things differently?
It’s like that old story about the crappy driver on the highway: you can shake your fist and be annoyed at people’s driving skills (the story you tell yourself)…
OR
…you can decide that you don’t really know what’s going on with that person. Maybe they just got fired, or dumped, or are on the way to the hospital for a family emergency and aren’t at their best.
You have the power to transform any situation in your life for the better with just a little shift in perspective, and of course, a willingness to release the story you’ve been telling.
two
Deep Cellular Healing & The Magician reversed
Have you gotten yourself into a not-so-ideal situation?
Maybe you didn’t really think about the consequences of your actions, or perhaps you’ve ignored your own power to create big, lasting change in your life.
It’s time for some deep healing.
This starts with the self, not some external force that will wipe it all away.
It always comes down to you and your ability to nurture your strengths and talents and attitude.
Show yourself some love, some grace, some forgiveness. Accept that you’re a human and that you’ve messed up and you’ll mess up again.
But if you don’t like how you feel or where you’re at, change it…one step at a time. Starting with looking at yourself with appreciation.
Make yourself your own number one.
three
Child of the Cosmos & Eight of Cups reversed
The eight of cups reversed has a lot to do with surrender. If you want to keep pushing at something—a relationship, job, health plan—that just isn’t working, and you still want to give it another go, then it’s time to let the natural flow take over.
In other words, it’s time to be okay with whatever happens.
You likely have a desired outcome for your life or this situation you’re working through, but what if the “not-so-desirable” outcome is actually the best one for you?
You can’t know this for certain, but you can make the decision to trust that it’s true.
If you’ve given your best, your all, and you still feel up against a wall, consider deep surrender and see where the river of the universe takes you.
You might be surprised.
