Welcome to November, dear reader!
I hope you’ve been able to connect with your heart center, the best place for receiving guidance from the Spirit realms.
Remember, this is a beautiful time to reflect on cycles, particularly the cycle of life.
I took the opportunity to check out the Lake Harriet Spiritual Community’s Psychic Fair on Saturday. Having never attended one, I didn’t know what to expect but knew the right thing would probably find me.
And I was right!
Today’s deck is from a local artist and deck creator I met at the fair, Lisa Rydin Erickson. It’s such a treat to work with art and connect with the artist.
This reading is a single card oracle pick from Lisa’s Salmon deck. I know you’ll enjoy it.
Remember to take a few deep breaths before choosing your card and allow the messages you most need to hear to swim your way!

It’s easy to lean away from your center, your home.
No matter what is going on in your life: joy, sorrow, hustle & bustle…your center is the anchor point that keeps things in balance. It’s when we veer away from this anchor that things feel a little chaotic or untethered.
Whether we experience birth, death, or the life in between, we are ultimately our own private universe of experience. In other words, no matter who surrounds us to support or harm us, it is our Home that anchors us to this world.
Try attending a music concert or movie alone, you’ll really get a good opportunity to connect with your center without the input from others. This is different from solo activities you might be used to, like hiking or going to a cafe to work. Instead, try something you normally do with other people and feel into your relationship to your Self.
Your Home is always with you but often hidden or muddled by the energy and input of others. It’s time to reconnect.
Two
Yes, new ideas are coming forth. Whether it’s a new idea for your home or a project in the community, follow these ideas.
It’s a beautiful gift to be given the nudge and inspiration to undertake something new. You may be going this alone, or others might be along for the ride. No matter, it’s a time to get excited and embrace this new path.
As the oracle suggests, ‘give love to yourself that you have trusted your instincts’ and enjoy the unfolding.
No matter how big or small this new burst of energy and ideas might be, it’s a gift for you to enjoy.
What is one small thing you can do right now to move yourself closer to manifesting this idea?
Three
When is the last time you danced around your house? Maybe recently, but if not (or even if so!), this is a call to connect with the healing power of sound.
Move your body, crank up the music, and feel into the vibrational connection we have to all things (and if you feel silly, embrace that, too).
Everything is vibration and frequency. It is what we are made of.
If you have access to sound healing in person, or via an app, pop on those headphones and get your body moving.
Singing bowls are a beautiful way to connect with sound before or after a meditation or challenging task. I like to hold the bowl right under my chin near my heart center for the most powerful result.
Enjoy reconnecting with rhythm and sound this week, it is a tremendously accessibly way to heal & thrive.
