Hello, and welcome to a new week.
Can you believe this letter has been going strong nearly 3 years? Well, thanks to all of you and your support, it has!
a wee announcement
Starting this week, you’ll now be able to subscribe to this newsletter to help support this work.
For now, paid & free subscribers will still get access to this Monday gem, so don’t worry if you’re not up for paying. The paid option is for folks who get value from this and want to support.
PLUS, I’ll be adding new goodies like spreads, deep dives on the cards, and even drawings for art prints from Saga Modernai.
I have more info at the bottom regarding subscription tiers, if you’re interested.
booking readings
The zoom calendar is up and ready for you! If you’d like to book a 1:1 reading with me, head on over to the booking page. Readings are 45 minutes, and include a follow-up email summary after our zoom call:
Finally, you’ve probably heard about Saga Modernai launching into the world as an NFT collection before it becomes a printed tarot deck.
Since some of you want to support but are new to NFTs, I wrote a short blog post for beginners to help you get started here:
Let’s get into it.

Territory & Ace of Swords reversed
Territory is all about setting boundaries. It’s time to put aside a little slice of the day for you in order to process things.
Whatever has been weighing on your mind recently, it’s important to allow it time to surface, settle, or shake you up so you can see it for what it is.
From there, it’s easier to make clearer decisions about what to do next, or what you might need most.
However, without a boundary in place, the energies and ideas from other folks can get in the way and make it harder to hear your own heart.
So carve out a bit of time to feel your feelings and process whatever needs attention, solo. Then see what comes up as a next move that’s right for you.
two
Teamwork & the Star reversed
If you’re feeling like you’ve lost the faith a little lately, or like the entire universe is against you, that’s normal.
This is a sign to consider leaning into others for support. Call on your team, lean on your tribe, ask for help from your people.
Sometimes it can be as simple as a nice phone convo with someone you love to right your ship and calm the waters a bit.
Restoring faith and anchoring your energy is paramount right now. Without those, you’ll continue to feel unmoored and a little lost.
Sometimes it’s scary to ask for help. Other times it can be difficult to even know what that help looks like.
The important thing here is to identify where you might not be as supported as you’d like first. That’s a big step. From there, if you’re open to it, help will follow.
three
Illusion & 4 of Swords
You’ve heard it before, but things aren’t always what they seem. If there’s an area in your life that’s deeply effecting you, try to ask yourself if you have all of the facts.
It might be—especially if other people are involved—that your perception of what’s going on isn’t totally true, but a story you’ve “written” to fill in the gaps. We do this all the time as humans to try and make sense of things.
The trouble is, we can sometimes believe our own stories and forget that we don’t know exactly what the other people are really thinking, doing, or going through.
If you’re faced with a challenging relationship or situation right now, take some time out to ask yourself, “is that true or is it a story I made up?”
Walk yourself through things calmly and with as much diplomacy as possible. When you do this, you’re a truth seeker, and that aim will help to uncover areas where you may have made assumptions that are deeply effecting how you feel.
Capricorn Born subscription information
As I mentioned above, after nearly 3 years strong, Capricorn Born now has subscription options!
Subscriptions allow me to pay the bills and offer you this letter, plus other goodies like decks coming to print (Corporate Oracle & Saga Modernai), deep dives on the cards, spreads and prompts, a nifty website, and of course, artwork!
There are a few tiers available, and this is what you’ll see when you opt to upgrade to a paid subscription:
The range, as you’ll see, is as little as $5/month, or any amount if you’re feeling if you’re able. Of course, you can still stick with the free plan, too!
Thank you in advance. You make doing something I love possible.
