I know the world is impossibly heavy, now and often.
I know you carry big, hard things around on your shoulders that you’d rather not.
I know it can feel isolating and impossible and lonely.
But I also know that tending to your own well-being is how you make a difference.
First the Self, then family, then community, then, then, then.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, and if you have the space and privilege to carve out some time, this is your sign to do it.
Take care of you, little by little.

So take comfort in the predictable right now and give yourself the gift of quieting the mind just a little.

It’s not only about a connection to your intuition, but the deeper, generational, and sacred knowledge we all have access to.

The world is heavy and beautiful all at once.
