Before creating this letter today, I pulled a couple of cards and did some energy clearing. I was feeling a little off and distracted. It’s important to me that these messages come from a grounded place.
So, I did just that, walked barefoot in the grass. It’s a small, but powerful practice.
The cards I pulled (page of swords and three of cups) reminded me to balance my mental energy with emotional support for myself, which is exactly the reminder I needed.
When my productivity brain kicks in, my physical and emotional needs can take a back seat. It’s important to remember that all of these aspects work together as a whole, and giving time to each is essential.
As we approach a new cycle with tomorrow’s full moon, take some time to think about what might need to take a back seat in your life in order to allow something else to come forward.
And if you’re noticing some changes around here, here’s a little bit about what’s shifting in case you missed it:
And not to worry, these Monday readings aren’t going anywhere!
Thank you for your support on this journey. I can’t wait to evolve this offering so it continues to get better and better.
xo,
Natalie

7 of Wands rx & Tobacco
The seven suggests that you’re battling overwhelm somewhere in your life. But instead of doing something about it, you’ve tended to avoid the conflict it might stir up.
Or perhaps you’ve given up finding a solution at all.
It’s time to put this energy aside and remember your power.
Tobacco is a sacred and powerful medicine. It’s here to remind you that you can overcome what you’re going through by taking time to find alignment.
What does that mean?
It’s about feeling into your next steps, rather than hyper-analyzing or trying to control the outcome. This is an exercise in trust, because often what feels the best might not make intellectual sense right away.
But there’s a connection you might not see yet.
So step into your power—a grounded feeling of alignment—and make your next move from that place.

2 of Swords & Pau D’Arco
It’s time to stop wavering and make a decision.
When we’re not sure what we should do about something, someone, the future, our health, or our family, the weight of going back and forth is what many traditions call suffering.
Humans suffer the most when they’re undecided about something. It can be as simple as “should I exercise today?” or as complex as leaving a relationship or moving somewhere totally new.
Pau D’Arco’s essence is the transcendence of the known, an initiation through the darkness.
This means it’s time to make a choice, even if it makes you uncomfortable. That discomfort is where your growth lives.
If you notice how you feel, you might’ve convinced yourself that playing it safe and noodling over your decision is more comfortable when it’s bugging you, a little hum that never goes away.
Lean into what you can’t see. What you don’t know for sure. Make a decision.

4 of Pentacles & Echinacea
There’s something you’re holding on to tightly as a way of trying to control the outcome.
For some, this is financial frugality, but it can also mean saying no to opening up socially because you’re not sure how it’s going to go or missing an opportunity because there’s some level of risk involved.
Echinacea invites you to loosen the reigns on trying to control things too much. Archetypically, the medicine of Echinacea is linked to fate and fortune and cycles.
This is a beautiful invitation to step into this moon cycle with a looser grip on things.
What if you just let things happen for a while?
Said yes more?
Or entered a room without expectations of what you’ll get out of it, but what you can give instead?
Spot on. Every. Single. Week.
