None of us are free from this one.
We all hang onto silly stuff far too long: anger, bad habits, jealousy, stories we tell and retell that are possibly (often) not true.
The cards can be a great way to reflect back to you what needs attention, and in this case, what might need to go.
So, what can you release this week that’s holding you back?

Ten of Wands, reversed
Are you trying to do everything yourself?
Like, you know it would be nice to have some help but you’re not sure how to ask?
Or you’re fearful of seeming weak or incapable if you reach out for help?
This is your sign to ask for help if you need it. Lighten your load a little bit, even if it’s just one small thing.
Splurge and get your home deep cleaned, ask someone to babysit so you can take a long bath, see if you can grab a ride somewhere if you’re sick of taking the bus.
Give yourself a little space to breathe this week and notice where you can reach out for help.
two
Queen of Swords
The Queen of Swords an independent thinker and fantastic communicator. She knows her limits and sets boundaries when she needs to.
But sometimes this can get a little out of balance.
This week you’re being asked to look at something to release, and in this case, it’s time to set your own ideas (you know, the ones you constantly love sharing with everyone) aside and practice hearing others.
You might feel confident in your ideas and love to share them, but you may be missing out on some valuable info & feedback.
Take a step back from sharing and try to listen a little more this week…even if you feel like you’re right.
three
Page of Wands
This guy represents that part of us that has a free spirit, tons of ideas, and the desire to explore them all. The world-as-your-oyster kind of vibe.
Although this can be an incredible energy to embrace, this week you’re asked to reflect on what needs to be released.
What single thing can you focus on this week? Where can you dedicate your energy in a very specific way to make progress on something that’s important to you?
The Page of Wands can have a tendency to bounce from thing to thing to thing and not make a lot of progress. If this feels familiar, try to pick one thing this week to give your attention to (with intention) and see how it feels.
